Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. To delete your Time Tether account and the data that goes with it, follow the steps below.
How to ask
- Email us from the address on your account, so we know the request is yours. Use the subject Delete my Time Tether account, and include your full name and the agency or client you worked with.
- We confirm it's you. If we need to, we'll send a code to that address or ask a question only you can answer.
- We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done, with a note of any records the law makes us keep and for how long.

What is deleted
- Your sign-in, two-step settings, recovery codes and signed-in devices
- Location points from your shifts and trips (these are deleted after 90 days in any case)
- Your chat messages and photos, unless they form part of a record we must keep
- Claim drafts and receipt photos that were never submitted
- App and device details linked to your account
What is kept, and why
Some records are part of your pay and must be kept by law even after your account is closed. They are kept securely, used only for those legal purposes, and deleted when the period ends.

Deleting some data, not your account
You can ask us to delete particular information, such as chat photos or old messages, without closing your account. Write to nsgaiteam@noorstaffing.com and say what you would like removed.
